Holiday Villa 'Torre de Marbesa' is located in Marbesa, Marbella, on Avenida Cartagena 224, google maps introduce 'Marbesa 224'.

The beach is 300 meters down the street and the beaches of Elviria (with famous beach club Nikki Beach) and Cabopino (with the protected natural reserve area 'dunes of Artola' are within walking distance.

Marbesa has a couple of beach restaurants, bars are at the harbour of Cabopino (30 min walk or 6 euro uber)

The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, and on the first floor a living area, a fully equiped kitchen and dining room with TV with channels in many languages. 

On the roof is a lounge area with plunge pool.

The outside area is fantastic with a private garden, with pool and rooftop terrace with plunge pool with magnificant seaviews.

• low season: november to week before easter : 280,-/night

• mid season: starting the week before easter and ending the last week of October : 400,-/night

• high season:  the months of July and August: 600,-/night, first 2 weeks of August 700,-/night;

including electricity and water, 

excluding cleaning fee of 200,- euros 

excluding rental deposit of 200,- euros and website costs* if booked by airbnb or vrbo
